Hey, I am trying to renew my season pass and every time I do try it keeps giving me this message: Attention: Your order has been processed however there is a problem with your reactivation please call or stop by the Season Pass Office sometime prior to you first visit. Summer office hours are Monday thru Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

This would be alright...if I wasn't in Spain until the end of December, which makes it impossible for me to make it up there! I was just wondering what I should do. If I come up after October 31, will I still be able to get the discounted rate? or will I have to pay the full 599 (as opposed to the 299 sale price)? Has my account been charged using my previous credit card? What do I need to bring with me to get my pass renewed?

Appreciate any help. Thank you.

No, your order has been processed at the discounted rate so no worries.  It does sound like there was a problem with the reactivation though.  Maybe the birthdate or name was off slightly.  Please email us at seasonpass@mthigh.com so we can look it up and get you on your way.
