I have a question about the season pass potential refund.

As far as I understand the insurance would cover a prorated refund due to injury that would prevent the pass holder from continuing the season.

Would it also potentially cover if the holder is unable to continue the season for logistical reasons?  I ask because in January there is a possibility that I will no longer be a resident of Southern California.  The unfortunate economic situation might force me to move out of state for work.

I have had a season pass nearly every year since I started snowboarding and I would hate to not get one this season because of a possibility of moving out of state.  It is not guaranteed, however, if it does occur I might only be able to enjoy the pass for 1 month?

No, I'm afraid it wouldn't.  Skier Guard only covers you in the event of an injury.  Do you think you might ride 5 times before January?  If so, it's still a good deal.
