Interesting thoughts. Looks like we can't win for losing.

Either we're too cheap or we're not concerned about the environment. Really, neither is true. Resorts across the country act as stewards of the environment and Mountain High is no different. We provide a fun and healthy activity in the National Forest while, at the same time, working hard to preserve the land we use.
I apologize if my comments were taken as offensive or out of line. No one said anything about clear cutting or promoting the devastation of local wildlife. And if such a project were ever to happen I can assure you we would work with the Forest Service to create as little impact as possible. But, since it never will, it's a moot point and not worthy of the animosity your message conveys. I hope you'll consider making us your favorite mountain again as my comments were not based on any realistic opportunity, or to disrespect national forest. I was simply trying to dispel the idea that we were "too cheap" to initiate any future development.
