East West megamountain...

So I was just wondering if and when you guys are ever going to join east with west and make it all 1 mountain to ride.I was just up in mammoth and they are really huge.They are making a run all the way through the forest and to the little city.Why can't high just cut down some trees like mammoth and make more runs? Are you guys too cheap to hire loggers to cut down the trees? What's the deal?

Are we too cheap to hire loggers?  Quite the contrary.  We would right the check today if we had the authority but unfortunately the resort is on Forest Service land so it requires their permission.  And they have been reluctant to give it for the past 10 years.
