Existing Season Pass holders

1) Please note, your birth date must match our records and your name must be entered EXACTLY as it appears on your card or your season pass will not automatically reactivate.

Last year when I got my season pass, the lady mispelled my name, EVEN though I gave her an ID to look at. I told her my name was spelled incorrectly, she said if I wanted it right I would have to buy another pass...  I wasn't going to spend another 250$ for the season pass. This year, I would like to renew my pass, but I feel like I deserve a new card because my name was spelled incorrectly and that was beyond my control. In the long run, I feel like I shouldn't have to pay the 10$ for a new card. So what should I do MtHigh? Thanks.
