Hi,

I bought my Season pass renewal a few days ago. The status stayed "On Hold" for a few days now.
Just wondering if there's anything wrong with it or it will just take a while for you guys to process all the renewal order.

Please check your spam box to make sure you've received our confirmation emails.  If if there is any other sort of paperwork required (like a liability release if you are under 18) your pass will stay on "hold" until it's completed.
