I'm buying a seasons pass for my girlfriend and I. Can I purchase 2 using the same billing and shipping information? Will I get a total of 4 free passes (exclusing the 2 seasons pass)?

Yes, you can definitely use the same billing/shipping address.  And yes, you'll get 4 free tickets if you order two passes.
