Season Pass Renewal

I have a couple of questions:

1.  Towards the end of last season my card became bent and sometimes gave me issues when going through the gates.  I would go to the season pass window to see what the deal is, and after a bit of work checking it up on the computer they tell me it should work...which fixed the issue. I knew I needed a new card but didn't want to pay another $15 or so to get another replacement card. My question for this is when I am renewing, do I have to pay for getting a new card or is it included?

2.  If I am able to get a new card for free, is it possible to drop by for the new card(and 2 passes if I order it early enough)?

Good question.  If you are renewing and using the same card, there is no fee.  But, if you need a new one it's $10.00.
