What I hate is I would pass all the slow mother ____ers with trailers and what not, then go the proper speed in town because that's where you always get popped, and then the slow people do 50 in town, pass me, and I have to start the whole process over again...
ditto. especially when they get road rages or butthurt about you passing them. |

Those jerks in Lone Pine gave me a tinted window ticket on my way down last week.... They look for anyone going 5 miles over the speed limit or tinted windows always and they caught me slippin...
Hahaha I got one too there on my way back from Tahoe. Cop was being cool though and gave me a warning because we were not coming from Mammoth. |

Yeah they just got me on the way back, on a downhill turn, on the 14 and another at that stop sign getting off the 395 to Mammoth. Better luck next year I suppose. |

74 is the magic number on the 395, you should learn this.
Actually that's where I kept it on the 395 after my first ticket, and then proceeded to get moving violations on all other parts of the drive. Oh well at least my 2nd speeding ticket wasn't $600+ like I thought it would be because of doubling up. |

started off 215, then the 15 because the 2 lane BS of the 2' drove us nuts.
One time we made it to Temecula, with like 3 other cars following from the hill... i was the lead and i got the ticket. Right at Winchester
Then I got Bike Cop'd twice. One was back from mammoth.
The 4th was on the way back from 'Valley, right when you get off the mountain, that straightaway on the hill.. had it in neutral coasting and he still scoop'd me.

I dont leave San D till after rush hour, so i dont mind. I'm a night owl. I dont know if im going to go yet, I was going to get a rental and give out some shirts and hats and poo on the way up and around there, but i dont know..
i dont wanna get all the way up there and be heartbroken at conditions, and then still be 7.5hrs from Home
